If you have trouble starting the download, right-click on the download link and select "Save Target As" and click the "Save" button.
Normally the download will start, and a progress screen will show how the download is progressing. When the download completes, run the downloaded file closerXX.exe. To do that in Internet Explorer, click the "Open" button. After installing the demo, you should see a Power Closer [house graphic] startup icon on your desktop, which you can click to run the demo.
If the download does not start, you might have security settings that prohibit downloading files from the internet. If you trust this website, you might designate it as a trusted site. To do that in Internet Explorer, click on the "Tools" menu item, select the "Security" tab, select the "Trusted Sites" zone, and click the "Sites" button. If the box for "Require server verification (https)" is checked, temporarily uncheck it. Then type argosylegal.com in the box for "Add this website to the zone" and click the "Add" button to add this site. You may then recheck the box for "Require server verification (https)" if desired. Click OK twice to exit Internet Options. Then try again to download as described above.
